You can return any item bought online within 30 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Once we have received your returned order, we will notify you and arrange for a refund to be sent to you within 3 - 5 days to your original payment method. 

Please note that we don't

refund return postage fee's.

All orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours.

We will send you a tracking number via email to notify you that your candles have been dispatched.

Please allow 2 - 3 working days for UK Delivery, excluding bank / national holidays. 

Please allow 4 - 5 working days for European Delivery and 7 - 10 days for Worldwide Delivery.
